M1 — Fatigue Relief
Sequential inflation from distal (foot) to proximal (hip). Each chamber holds until the next inflates. Relieves daily muscle fatigue and tension from training or activity.
M2 — Training Activation
Same sequential pattern as M1 but each chamber inflates for 8 seconds instead of 3. Ideal for warming up muscles and preparing legs before exercise.
M3 — Workout Recovery
Dynamic cycling pattern — each chamber inflates and deflates three times before progressing. Designed for deep muscle recovery after high-intensity sessions.
M4 — Overall Relaxation
Layered compression with staggered deflation. Promotes full-leg relaxation and improved circulation for general day-to-day recovery.
M5 — Deep Care
Sequential inflate-and-deflate where each chamber cycles one at a time. Ideal for soreness from prolonged standing or walking. Best for sedentary recovery.
Chamber Selection
Control which chambers are active — run chambers 1–2 only (lower leg), 1–3 (mid-leg), or all 5 (full leg). Target specific recovery zones with precision. Adjustable before each session via the Pressure – button in standby.
Area Enhancement
Available in M3 mode only. Adds two extra massage cycles to one selected chamber for deeper, focused therapy on a single zone. Activated via long press of Pressure – in standby.
